Products of various shapes are made of stone and glass mineral wool, finish and performance parameters as well as mechanical properties selected for a specific application.

Division of mineral wool products:

• Filling (W) – apart from their own weight, they do not carry any other loads. They isolate, tightly filling the space between the elements of the building structure. They are used to insulate attics, joist floors, diaphragm walls, skeletal partition walls with board sheathing, etc..

• Heavy (THE) – can be loaded with a small force, in a limited way and evenly loaded. This type of plate is used, for example, in. for stone facade cladding, metal and composite plastics or as base insulation layers for flat roofs.

• Special (S) – resistant to significant mechanical stress. These include, for example,. façade panels for the light wet method and top roof panels placed directly under the roof coverings.

Products intended for special use must have specific parameters. Facade panels – tensile strength with a force perpendicular to the surface 10-15 kPa. Top roof panels - compressive stress under uniform load and 10% relative deformation > 40 kPa. (In the future – compressive stress under point load > 40 kPa).
