These steps are as follows:
1) exposure of damaged reinforcement;
2) cleaning damaged reinforcement with quartz-free abrasive;
3) primer painting of the cleaned reinforcement with anti-corrosion paint;
4) painting the cleaned reinforcement with anti-corrosion paint;
5) painting with an agent improving the adhesion of concrete in the place intended for filling with cement-polymer mortar;
6) filling damaged places with cement-polymer mortar;
7) primer painting with dispersion paint;
8) surface painting with dispersion paint.

To rust off damaged reinforcement, gas flame cleaning can be used. When repairing a concrete substrate, products of one manufacturer must be used, by following his recommendations, especially with regard to the minimum thickness of the coating layers.
Because different companies offer a variety of anti-corrosion protective paints, e.g. lead acid with epoxy resins or zinc dust with epoxy resins, in the descriptions of works, these paints are generally referred to as anti-corrosive.
