Painting spray interiors

Painting spray interiors.
Currently, electromagnetic spray guns are used for spray painting, in which the paint is pumped into the spray nozzle under the influence of vibrations of the metal diaphragm. According to the power of the gun, paints of different densities are used. It is generally defined as, measuring the time the paint flows from the appropriate cup. If necessary, it must be diluted with water or solvent.
To maintain the correct thickness of the sprayed paint layer, you must move the gun properly. First of all, it is not allowed to make swing movements, because the distance between the spray nozzle and the painted surface changes then, which is disadvantageous. The gun must always be led parallel to the wall at a distance 15-30 cm from her.
To cover the surface with a layer of paint of an even thickness, we can spray paint in three ways. In the first one, the gun is moved in horizontal, parallel strips, overlapping, in opposite directions. The change of direction of movement should occur outside the painted surface. In the second case, we apply the paint in the same way, but in two layers with mutually crossing pistol strokes.
If we are painting walls and it is not possible to change the direction except for the painted surface, the gun moves in a zigzag motion, vertical or horizontal stripes overlapping each other.
Spray painting the corners in this way is especially important, so as not to cause local thickening of the paint. We do not paint the concave corners first. It is enough to spray paint separately on adjacent walls, and then the corner will be duly covered with paint. Conversely, for convex corners. Then we first spray paint on the corner, and only then to the adjacent walls.
