These steps are as follows:

1) abrasion of the plaster surface;

2) repairing small damages to the plaster with putty on a hydraulic binder;

3) first filling the entire surface with a mass on a hydraulic binder;

4) the second filling with mass on a hydraulic binder;

5) primer painting with a plaster priming agent;

6) applying metallised wallpaper according to the manufacturer's instructions, using a special glue in proportion 1:20, plus 25% dispersion glue.

Because there are many very different metallic wallpapers on the market, manufacturers recommend also very different glue mixtures for gluing them. The manufacturer's instructions must be followed.
